Pet Policy

We Love Our Pets…


“Wylie” our namesake.

And we know you do, too! Our pet policy is:

• We do not charge a monthly fee or any other fee associated with pets.
• We require a refundable pet deposit of 50% of the monthly rental amount as a Pet Deposit for any pet-related odors or repairs at the conclusion of your lease.
• Due to insurance restrictions, we do not allow certain breeds (really only pit bulls, sorry guys).
• Tenants with pets are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our maintenance and leasing staff when we need to service or show the unit.
• In multi-unit buildings, we reserve the right to ask the tenant to remove the pet if pet-related noise or other circumstances become an ongoing problem with other tenants and can’t otherwise be resolved.
